In the 4th minute Zézinho Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Miranda in the 5th minute of the match. Zézinho Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. André Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rubens Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Clube de Regatas Brasil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rubens Barreto couldn't finish the play. Antônio Carlos Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bilhete Único's zone, Geovani Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Dantas came out of the goal and Geovani Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovani Porto in the 22nd minute. Geovani Porto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of André Dantas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Clube de Regatas Brasil's Zézinho Miranda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of André Dantas. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. Bilhete Único's André Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Miranda in the 38th minute of play. Rubens Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. André Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zézinho Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Dantas having to interfere. If Geovani Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernandão Romero to strike the kick off in the second half. Zézinho Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Dantas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bilhete Único's Fernandão Romero got a free kick in the 57th minute. André Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zézinho Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. A collision led to Bilhete Único getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Fernandão Romero hit a great ball. Geovani Porto might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovani Porto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Zézinho Miranda made a precise shot to the right of André Dantas. Bilhete Único's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Geovani Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Clube de Regatas Brasil's Rubens Barreto got a free kick in the 80th minute. Fernandão Romero hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Geovani Porto came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Clube de Regatas Brasil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovani Porto couldn't finish the play. Clube de Regatas Brasil made a substitution. Zé Carlos Brasil replaced Zézinho Miranda. Zé Carlos Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Alvarenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Antônio Carlos Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Antônio Carlos Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Clube de Regatas Brasil fully deserved thier win.
