When Durvalino Mumbach came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Paderinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvalino Mumbach couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Paderinha FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Renatinho de Toledo hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Renato Campidelis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Paderinha FC's Thomás Paiva. Thomás Paiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paderinha FC's Durvalino Mumbach got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in TheShield FC's zone, Durvalino Mumbach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dudu Gaspar came out of the goal and Durvalino Mumbach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Durvalino Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renato Campideliss short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Thomás Paiva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the game, Vinícius Souto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paderinha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TheShield FC the free kick. Vinícius Souto hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Durvalino Mumbach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, TheShield FC's Adrianinho Queiroz got a free kick in the 56th minute. When %teams%'s Arí Barreto was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-1 just inside the left pole, 60 minutes into the game. Dudu Gaspar was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. TheShield FC's Dudu Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Mumbach in the 63rd minute of play. Arí Barreto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dudu Gaspar firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 80 minutes of play, TheShield FC's Renato Campidelis made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomás Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! TheShield FC's Dudu Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save TheShield FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Arí Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paderinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arí Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dudu Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Campidelis in the 96th minute of play forced Paderinha FC's goalkeeper Thomás Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 97 minutes, Durvalino Mumbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paderinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Durvalino Mumbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
