The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ulysses Correia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edinho Valle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Desconhecido FC's Eusébio Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dida Vander in the 8th minute of play. After 8 minutes of play, Gaucho's Dida Vander made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusébio Schmidt was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Ulysses Correia managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Desconhecido FC's Elias Santos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edinho Valle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ulysses Correia came out and tried to block the shot, but Edinho Valle slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 12th minute. Ulysses Correia didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Desconhecido FC's Edinho Valle shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to Desconhecido FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Júlio Toscano hit a great ball. If Elias Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Dida Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Schmidt having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edinho Valle made a kick off. Edinho Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Correia having to interfere. If Elias Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Amílton Fernandez in the 57th minute really tested Eusébio Schmidt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Edinho Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ulysses Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Gaucho got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Coelho. If Edinho Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Ulysses Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Desconhecido FC fully deserved thier win.
