The supporters of Florsina booed when Itaperu AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonçalo Simões might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vânderson Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonçalo Simões ran back to his position shaking his head. Germano Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses de Castro in the 20th minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Florsina's Marcelinho Amorim made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vânderson Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Marcelinho Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vânderson Berger was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Nelsinho Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Germano Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Itaperu AD getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nelsinho Perez hit a great ball. If Marcelinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Marcelinho Amorim rounded Itaperu AD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Simões got free with Vânderson Berger in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nelsinho Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Ulisses de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itaperu AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses de Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Florsina's zone, Nelsinho Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germano Linares came out of the goal and Nelsinho Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 84 in the game by Gonçalo Simões from a close distance when the talented Vânderson Berger managed to make a qualified save. Itaperu AD's players were relieved. 85 minutes into the game, Marcelinho Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vânderson Berger. Marcelinho Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Vânderson Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Vânderson Berger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelinho Amorim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 90 minute of play. Gonçalo Simões's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vânderson Berger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Florsina's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
