The supporters of Airoes booed when Macedo Futebol e Regatas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betinho Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesinha Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Airoes defense, Cido Paraíba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre dos Santos. The Airoes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre dos Santos should have stopped the shot.
