Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wilian de Souza took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Wilian de Souza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Plaka Futebol Clube's Zeca Cordeiro. Zeca Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio de Toledo in the 10th minute of play forced J.A. 100's goalkeeper Téo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Delfim das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, J.A. 100's Téo Fernandez got control of the ball when Paulo Renato Saldanha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in J.A. 100's zone, Virgílio de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Fernandez came out of the goal and Virgílio de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, J.A. 100's goalkeeper Téo Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Renato Saldanha. Téo Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Renato Saldanha in the 22nd minute. Téo Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Virgílio de Toledo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Alexander Pato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgílio de Toledo to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Paulo Renato Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, J.A. 100's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Saldanha came free, but Téo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Téo Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Virgílio de Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Téo Fernandez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Allan Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Cordeiro having to interfere. Alexander Pato hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Wilian de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The J.A. 100 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing J.A. 100 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
