The Macuna FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grêmio PX were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisão Mendonça to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes in the game Edinho Mattos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vítor Capixaba. After 86 played minutes Macuna FC got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Breckenfeld. 90 minutes into the match, Grêmio PX's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Branco came free, but Vitinho Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Luisão Mendonça could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Emanuel Pontes however easily saved by the left post. 96 minutes into the match, Grêmio PX's Luisão Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Pontes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 98 minutes into the match, Macuna FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Pontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisão Mendonça. When the match was over Grêmio PX could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Macuna FC throughout the match.
