Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horácio Pena kicked off to start the match. When Michel Mangueira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Cai SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Mangueira couldn't finish the play. Maicon Tasso stood somewhat misplaced when Horácio Pena came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 12 minute. If Michel Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cai SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Horácio Pena scored to the left of an out of position Maicon Tasso, making the score, 2-0. In the 23rdth minute of the game Horácio Pena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cai SC's Maicon Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 played minutes Cai SC got a freekick which was hit by Nilton Maia. Nuguacu's Doriva Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleandro Tande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Maicon Tasso made a huge save. Aleandro Tande struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Maicon Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nuguacu. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Aleandro Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuguacu's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleandro Tande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Cai SC's Alfredinho Paranaense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Horácio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horácio Pena struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Maicon Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nuguacu. After a rather tough play, Cai SC's Michel Mangueira got a free kick in the 46th minute. If Aleandro Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredinho Paranaense to make the kick off. Aleandro Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuguacu's Horácio Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredinho Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marcelo Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleandro da Silva's late challenge caught a Cai SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleandro da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cai SC booed when Nuguacu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleandro da Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 minutes of play, Nuguacu's Horácio Pena made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maicon Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aleandro Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Tasso having to interfere. Alfredinho Paranaense hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Maicon Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Norberto Toscano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Horácio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes Cai SC got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Maranhense. In the 89th minute of the match Doriva Linares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maicon Tasso skillfully saved the ball. Horácio Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maicon Tasso having to make a save. 94 minutes into the match, Cai SC's goal looked a bit too open when Horácio Pena came free, but Maicon Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuguacu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
