The player immediately received a yellow card. Frank Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Duda da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Perebas FC's zone, Fábio Aparecido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natã da Fonseca came out of the goal and Fábio Aparecido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24th play minutes Amílton de Lima shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Natã da Fonseca and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, André Luís Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perebas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luís Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Luís Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duda da Rocha was the one to do the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, A.A.Dortmund Capixaba's goal looked a bit too open when Duda da Rocha came free, but Pedro Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, André Luís Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perebas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luís Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Luís Meira in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Domingues saved A.A.Dortmund Capixaba from getting behind. After 93 minutes, Daniel Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A.Dortmund Capixaba and the Perebas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A.A.Dortmund Capixaba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
