Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luiz Fernando Bezerra got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Negri in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Augusto Valladares saved Tesouras SS from getting behind. In the 8th minute, Custódio Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Augusto Valladares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th minute Custódio Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Augusto Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Fernando Bezerra was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Tesouras SS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 24th match minute, Travessao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Barral to maneuver through the defense. Tomé do Nascimento charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomé do Nascimento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tesouras SS's José Augusto Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Custódio Salgado in the 29th minute of play. Tesouras SS's Tomé do Nascimento got his second yellow card of the match in the 35th minute. The referee ordered Tomé do Nascimento off the ground. After 36 played minutes Tesouras SS got a freekick which was hit by Tomé do Nascimento. In the 43rd minute, Luiz Fernando Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Augusto Valladares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Custódio Salgado's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Raphael Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

A collision led to Tesouras SS getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Raphael Siqueira hit a great ball. Tesouras SS's José Augusto Valladares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Tesouras SS from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, Ulisses de Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Augusto Valladares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 62nd minute Raphael Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lenílson Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raphael Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Tesouras SS's José Augusto Valladares got control of the ball when Custódio Salgado tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 minutes, Raphael Siqueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tesouras SS and the Travessao FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tesouras SS's Raphael Siqueira got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Custódio Salgado got free with José Augusto Valladares in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Tesouras SS's goalkeeper José Augusto Valladares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Téo Velloso. After having played for 77 minutes, Custódio Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Travessao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Custódio Salgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 78 played minutes Tesouras SS got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Siqueira. Tesouras SS's José Augusto Valladares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Tesouras SS from getting a goal against them. Custódio Salgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but José Augusto Valladares made a huge save. Custódio Salgado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but José Augusto Valladares firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Travessao FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Travessao FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
