Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Washington Chaves kicked off to start the match. Ion Ichim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Carlos Meireles having to make a save. Washington Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Meireles having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Washington Chaves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Carlos Meireles. Moral JFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Washington Chaves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Real Ituano F.C. booed when Moral JFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Carlos Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ion Ichim's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Moral JFC's João Carlos Saraiva got a free kick in the 21st minute. If Ion Ichim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Carlos Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Moral JFC's zone, Washington Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Meireles came out of the goal and Washington Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Carlos Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Carlos Meireles came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Ituano F.C.'s Ion Ichim. But to his dismay, Ion Ichim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when João Carlos Saraiva made the kick off in the second half. When Luís Guilherme Leite fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moral JFC's protests and gave Luís Guilherme Leite a yellow card for diving instead. 61 minutes into the game, one of Moral JFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for Real Ituano F.C.. Arí Pinho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving José Carlos Meireles. 0-3. In the 69th minute, Real Ituano F.C.'s Ion Ichim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Ion Ichim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Meireles having to interfere. Ion Ichim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Meireles having to interfere. Ion Ichim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
