The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rony Eger during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Heraclito AD booed when Pucazeiro SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Eger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dudu Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Tavares in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rony Eger in the 20th minute of play forced Heraclito AD's goalkeeper Dudu Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dudu Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes, Luisinho Prado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heraclito AD and the Pucazeiro SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Heraclito AD getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Luisinho Prado hit a great ball. André da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Loyola having to interfere. André da Rocha was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. Heraclito AD's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Nicolas Linares put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dudu Matorin. João Augusto Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Loyola having to interfere. A collision led to Heraclito AD getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Simão Vale hit a great ball. Dudu Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Linares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With a little luck, Heraclito AD's Dudu Matorin got control of the ball when Nicolas Linares tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Teodoro da Silveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heraclito AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucazeiro SS the free kick. Heraclito AD's Dudu Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Tavares in the 54th minute of play. The Pucazeiro SS fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Pucazeiro SS's Carlos Tavares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 60 minutes into the game, Carlos Tavares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dudu Matorin. Carlos Tavares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Nicolas Linares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dudu Matorin having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Pucazeiro SS's Carlos Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dudu Matorin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 70 minutes of play, Pucazeiro SS's Nicolas Linares made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dudu Matorin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Linares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 75th playminute. 78 minutes into the match, Heraclito AD's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Tavares came free, but Dudu Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Heraclito AD's Dudu Matorin got control of the ball when Nicolas Linares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Heraclito AD's Teodoro da Silveira got his second yellow card of the match in the 83rd minute. The referee ordered Teodoro da Silveira off the ground. In the 84th match minute, Heraclito AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Linares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Dudu Matorin made a huge save. In the 92nd minute Carlos Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dudu Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dudu Matorin having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Pucazeiro SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Heraclito AD.
