Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlos Tavares got the match started through his kick off. Carlos Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Hudson Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute Franklin Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benê Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Linares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Hudson Diniz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nicolas Linares in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hudson Diniz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Franklin Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Poderoso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Cabral couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Poderoso FC's zone, Carlos Tavares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hudson Diniz came out of the goal and Carlos Tavares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denílson Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Hudson Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Tavares in the 34th minute of the match. Nicolas Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fellipe de Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson Diniz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Linares in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nicolas Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franklin Cabral to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Nicolas Linares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franklin Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Loyola having to interfere. Hudson Diniz came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pucazeiro SS's Nicolas Linares. But to his dismay, Nicolas Linares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 66th minute, Zé Roberto Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Poderoso FC booed when Pucazeiro SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Linares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hudson Diniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Pucazeiro SS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rony Eger in the 78th minute. Nicolas Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nicolas Linares came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Pucazeiro SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Linares couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Tavares scored 3-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hudson Diniz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Poderoso FC defense, Nicolas Linares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hudson Diniz. The Poderoso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hudson Diniz should have stopped the shot.
