Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Waldemar Veloso started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Germano Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pequery and the Pato F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Germano Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Pedrinho Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Gustavo Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Veloso in the 10th minute of play forced Pequery's goalkeeper Pedrinho Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Marcinho Maciel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vânderson Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waldemar Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pedrinho Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Gustavo Vieira struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Pedrinho Meirelles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pato F.C. Pedrinho Meirelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Gustavo Vieira in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Pato F.C's goalkeeper Vânderson Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcinho Maciel. If Marcinho Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Gustavo Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pequery's zone, Luís Gustavo Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Meirelles came out of the goal and Luís Gustavo Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcinho Maciel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vânderson Cunha came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcinho Maciel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Augusto Nunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcinho Maciel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pato F.C's Vânderson Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Maciel in the 57th minute of play. If Carlos Augusto Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcinho Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 64 played minutes Pato F.C got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal França. 67 minutes into the match, Pato F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Augusto Nunes came free, but Vânderson Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Carlos Augusto Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luís Gustavo Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Manuel Valadares sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pequery's Pedrinho Meirelles didn't even have to move. In the 78th minute Waldemar Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Meirelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Marcinho Maciel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vânderson Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Carlos Augusto Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vânderson Cunha having to interfere. Pato F.C's Vânderson Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Augusto Nunes in the 95th minute of play. Marcinho Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vânderson Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pequery's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
