Luiz Fabiano Hames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastião Macedo struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Clemente Mesquita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fyde-FC. Samuel dos Santos scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Betão Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Betão Donato didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fabiano Hames went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute, Sebastião Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 minutes, Célio Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VT Perfumes and the Fyde-FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Célio Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Umberto Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fyde-FC's Betão Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Hames in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, VT Perfumes's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Macedo came free, but Clemente Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adilson Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Hames in the 31st minute of play forced Fyde-FC's goalkeeper Betão Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Luiz Fabiano Hames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, VT Perfumes's Luiz Fabiano Hames made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th match minute, Fyde-FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Macedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute of the match Wellington de Sena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Betão Donato skillfully saved the ball. Fyde-FC's Betão Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Hames in the 42nd minute of play. Adilson Dias's late challenge caught a VT Perfumes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adilson Dias helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Fyde-FC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Dias. With 45 minutes on the clock, Umberto Tepedino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 44 minutes into the game, one of Fyde-FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave VT Perfumes a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Célio Vianna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fyde-FC's Betão Donato. 1-4. After the first half VT Perfumes were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Betão Donato was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Samuel dos Santos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Samuel dos Santos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Dudu Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Betão Donato made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Luiz Fabiano Hames sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Hames in the 61st minute of play forced Fyde-FC's goalkeeper Betão Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adilson Dias took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Mesquita. Clemente Mesquita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Betão Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel dos Santos in the 72nd minute of play. Sebastião Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Clemente Mesquita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardinho Hames could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Betão Donato made a huge save. After 79 played minutes Joaquim Catarinense rounded Fyde-FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-6. Joaquim Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Donato having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Dudu Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fyde-FC's Betão Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel dos Santos in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VT Perfumes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
