Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marcolandia's Donato Montenegro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th match minute, Indaiá Packers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Montenegro in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulisses Gonçalves saved Indaiá Packers from getting behind. Ulisses Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Marcolandia defense, Davi Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel do Valle. The Marcolandia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel do Valle should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Indaiá Packers's zone, Mazinho Bezerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulisses Gonçalves came out of the goal and Mazinho Bezerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Indaiá Packers's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Montenegro came free, but Ulisses Gonçalves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Indaiá Packers's Ulisses Gonçalves got control of the ball when Donato Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulisses Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Montenegro scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulisses Gonçalves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Willian Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Donato Montenegro had several of the Indaiá Packers's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Ulisses Gonçalves as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Willian Gomes made a kick off. Frank de Queirós hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes of play, Marcolandia's Ladislao Amor made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulisses Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Indaiá Packers's zone, Frank de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulisses Gonçalves came out of the goal and Frank de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Gonçalves having to interfere. In the 70th minute Donato Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Montenegro took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulisses Gonçalves. Ulisses Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After 82 played minutes Indaiá Packers got a freekick which was hit by Davi Arantes. Dedé Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Manuel do Valle made a huge save. Donato Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Gonçalves having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Willian Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Donato Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcolandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulisses Gonçalves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Marcolandia had played much better football throughout.
