LACO Windsurf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Baptista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Benjamim Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Augusto Schmidt in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Baptista in the 13th minute of play forced LACO Windsurf's goalkeeper Benjamim Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Flavinho Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamim Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Emerson Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in LACO Windsurf's zone, Flavinho Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamim Vergílio came out of the goal and Flavinho Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermínio Faria hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Carlos Augusto Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Benjamim Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Amaniutuba got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto de Queirós. A collision led to LACO Windsurf getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mateus Pombal hit a great ball. In the 41st minute of the match José Carlos Montenegro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamim Vergílio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benjamim Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Baptista in the 44th minute of play. Benjamim Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Schmidt in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Emerson Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Pinheiro in the 55th minute of the match. Cesinha Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Albuquerque having to interfere. Cesinha Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Jonas de Queiroz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emerson Albuquerque. Amaniutuba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas de Queiroz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 82nd minute Amaniutuba were awarded a corner. José Carlos Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Chicão Favoretto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LACO Windsurf's Benjamim Vergílio did a great save. When LACO Windsurf's Cesinha Pinheiro in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaniutuba's goalie prevented a goal. With 87 minutes on the clock, Mateus Pombal commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 87 minutes into the game, one of LACO Windsurf:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benjamim Vergílio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavinho Mota in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Amaniutuba walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
