Jatimana SS's players were relieved. In the 5th match minute, Jatimana SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th match minute, Capivari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Secco to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Bruno Paranaense shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cauan da Cunha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Edgar Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sabino Berger came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Jatimana SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabino Berger couldn't finish the play. Capivari's Cauan da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Campidelis in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jatimana SS's goalkeeper Jaime Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Varela. When Capivari's Emerson Rezende in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jatimana SS's goalie prevented a goal. Sabino Berger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dedé Fernandes during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dedé Fernandes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Emerson Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Jatimana SS's Jaime Faria got control of the ball when Edgar Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jatimana SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Edgar Varela scored to the left of an out of position Jaime Faria, making the score, 1-0. Jorge Azevedo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to Jatimana SS getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jorge Azevedo hit a great ball. Diego Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes Jatimana SS got a freekick which was hit by Dênis Quintal. Edgar Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jaime Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sabino Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Varela in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jatimana SS's Jorge Azevedo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Jaime Faria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Varela's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Emerson Rezende sped through Jatimana SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Faria. Jaime Faria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jatimana SS! Emílio Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Capivari's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
