The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the match, Ludomil Mierzwa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Farias's Ediberto França. Ediberto França was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovani da Cunha in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reginaldo Paraíba saved Ubatiba SC from getting behind. Reginaldo Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovani da Cunha in the 15th minute of the match. Claudinei Correia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ediberto França made a huge save. Mathias Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ediberto França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ludomil Mierzwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Farias's goalkeeper Ediberto França had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludomil Mierzwa. Dudu França might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reginaldo Paraíba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dudu França ran back to his position shaking his head. Ludomil Mierzwa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Ediberto França skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 37 minutes into the match, Ubatiba SC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani da Cunha came free, but Reginaldo Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Vergílio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hugo Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Ubatiba SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, Farias's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomil Mierzwa came free, but Ediberto França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovani da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Reginaldo Paraíba made a huge save. Walery Rutecki hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ubatiba SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Raphael Silveira scored to the left of an out of position Reginaldo Paraíba, making the score, 1-1. Reginaldo Paraíba made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Benê Linhares sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ubatiba SC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hugo Vergílio hit a great ball. Walery Rutecki hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Geovani da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Reginaldo Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludomil Mierzwa struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Ediberto França didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ubatiba SC. The supporters of Ubatiba SC booed when Farias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Ubatiba SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Farias were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
