Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomé Tavares started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Cássio Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Manfredo Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buritis EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manfredo Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7thth minute of the game Elder Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inhaumense FC's Tales Donato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tales Donato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo da Rocha's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The audience was convinced that Elder Moreno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tales Donato was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Inhaumense FC's Tales Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elder Moreno in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Oswaldo da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Buritis EC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Manfredo Cerezo hit a great ball. Hernani Novaes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Oswaldo da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buritis EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elder Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Oswaldo da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Adolfo Tande charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Adolfo Tande the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oswaldo da Rocha made a kick off. A collision led to Inhaumense FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. João Adolfo Tande hit a great ball. Oswaldo da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tales Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedito Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Oswaldo da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buritis EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo da Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elder Moreno scored 0-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tales Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tomé Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buritis EC's goalkeeper Benedito Neiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
