Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lúcio Nunes in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lúcio Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Amorim having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Renato Meirelles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ubarana FC's Wanderson Carioca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 minutes, Vicente Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ubarana FC and the Madridista FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 15 minutes into the match, Armindo Leme dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Amorim, 1-0. After 18 played minutes Ubarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Carvalho. Joélson de Senna hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Abel Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Nunes in the 25th minute of play. Chico Simão hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Lúcio Nunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Amorim was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Lúcio Nunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armindo Leme's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abel Amorim firmly grabbed it by the left post. Abel Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Nunes in the 39th minute of the match. If Renato Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Renato Meirelles made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ubarana FC's goalkeeper Wanderson Carioca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Renato Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Wanderson Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toninho Barros struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Wanderson Carioca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madridista FC. When Renato Meirelles came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Madridista FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renato Meirelles couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute Lúcio Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Madridista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson de Senna to maneuver through the defense. When Lúcio Nunes came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ubarana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Nunes couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Ubarana FC's goalkeeper Wanderson Carioca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toninho Barros. Renato Meirelles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wanderson Carioca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Abel Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armindo Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With a little luck, Ubarana FC's Wanderson Carioca got control of the ball when Toninho Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Madridista FC's Abel Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Leme in the 94th minute of play. Ubarana FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Madridista FC for a fine match.
