Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raphael Couto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcelinho Nogueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Assis's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Gil Andrade hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Osmar do Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelinho Nogueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osmar do Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 11 in the game by Afonso Bessa from a close distance when the talented Marcelinho Nogueira managed to make a qualified save. Beco FC's players were relieved. After 14 minutes, Fernando Assis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarapuhy and the Beco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sarapuhy getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fernando Assis hit a great ball. If Raphael Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarapuhy's Sílvio Luiz Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho Esteves in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jorginho Esteves notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sarapuhy's Sílvio Luiz Cruz. Sílvio Luiz Cruz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Afonso Bessa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelinho Nogueira firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 41 played minutes Beco FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor da Mata. Beco FC's Marcelinho Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Assis in the 42nd minute of play. Afonso Bessa struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Marcelinho Nogueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarapuhy. Fernando Assis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Marcelinho Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Beco FC's Marcelinho Nogueira got control of the ball when Afonso Bessa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonso Bessa was the one to do the kick off. When Jorginho Esteves came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Beco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorginho Esteves couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sarapuhy's Dorian de Amaral got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Sarapuhy's Sílvio Luiz Cruz got control of the ball when Jorginho Esteves tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Beco FC's Jorginho Esteves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sílvio Luiz Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Jorginho Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sarapuhy getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Douglas Paiva hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Raphael Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Couto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Luiz Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th match minute, Beco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. When Fernando Assis came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Sarapuhy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Assis couldn't finish the play. Jeferson Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeferson Veiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Beco FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Veiga. After 77 minutes, Afonso Bessa made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Beco FC's Marcelinho Nogueira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fernando Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celsinho de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Sarapuhy's Gualter Freitas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelinho Nogueira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Sarapuhy lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
