Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Mauro Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Brodel missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 8 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Zézinho Urbano right hand side. Mauro Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Urbano having to interfere. A collision led to Nanuque AD getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ademar Bittencourt hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Eusébio Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Guto Bittencourt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zézinho Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Flávio Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Guto Bittencourt made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flávio Nogueira in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adelino Meira saved Fraga from getting behind. Benê do Vale hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Zézinho Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guto Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 65 minutes into the match, Nanuque AD's goalkeeper Zézinho Urbano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Lago. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eusébio Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nanuque AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Guto Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Flávio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelino Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
