The crowd rose to their feet as Mário Corrêa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Luiz de Godoy. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Zézinho Vianna hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Alexandre Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Filipe Soares came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Pinho SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Soares couldn't finish the play. Pinho SC's Alexandre Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Soares in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeferson Marquez saved BOLA MURCHA FC from getting behind. Pedro Luiz de Godoy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mário Corrêa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Jeferson Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Mário Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luiz de Godoy having to interfere. Pedro Luiz de Godoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Pinho SC's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz de Godoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerônimo Cearense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandre Baiano to strike the kick off in the second half. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BOLA MURCHA FC! BOLA MURCHA FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
