Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Maracaja SS's Vito de Senna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vito de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Porto having to interfere. José Carlos Carvalho's late challenge caught a Maracaja SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Carlos Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Maracaja SS booed when Ararius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ararius's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adriano Torres was slow to take the kick. During this time Maracaja SS's players had a chance to rest. Mathias Porto was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Vito de Senna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vito de Senna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rubinho Bezerra let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 24th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Maracaja SS's Falcão Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Messias in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Maracaja SS booed when Ararius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Secco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Donatello Quadros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maracaja SS's goalkeeper Falcão Varela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adriano Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Carlos Fernando Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rubinho Bezerra scored 3-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Porto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silas Simões to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Vito de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Porto. Ararius's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Vito de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Rubinho Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maracaja SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubinho Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Willian Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Fernando Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match Adriano Torres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mathias Porto skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Bezerra in the 67th minute of play forced Ararius's goalkeeper Mathias Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Ararius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Adriano Torres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mathias Porto. Ararius's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Falcão Varela was a little too slow when Daniel Barral got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 4-1. If Rubinho Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Maracaja SS's Vito de Senna in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ararius's goalie prevented a goal. If Daniel Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maracaja SS had won after a very even match.
