The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dário Urbano was the one to do the kick off. Alexsandro Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorival Nóbrega was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Angelo Aguiar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelo Aguiar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Humberto Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dário Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Arí Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Anderson Prata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golabeira and the Trocari players grew even worse after the yellow card. Trocari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golabeira the free kick. 95 minutes into the match, Golabeira's Alexsandro Azevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorival Nóbrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dário Urbano might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arí Valadares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dário Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. The Golabeira players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Trocari from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
