But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Saraiva couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Pedro Paraíba made a kick off. Rocado EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Cavalcante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandro Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fiori Cruz got free with Bebeto de Medeiros in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Pedro Paraíba might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bebeto de Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Pedro Paraíba ran back to his position shaking his head. Albertos SS's Henrique Senna shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 97th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bebeto de Medeiros but with some difficulty. Rocado EC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Albertos SS to leave the ground with a draw.
