Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hugo de Castro got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Hugo de Castro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ademar Toledo. Hugo de Castro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 11th minute of the match Ibiquara got a corner. 373 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivo Gaúcho ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 14th minute of the match, Hugo de Castro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ademar Toledo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 15th minute Jeferson Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Paulo Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Toledo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Paranaense in the 19th minute of play forced 373 FC's goalkeeper Ademar Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hugo de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Ibiquara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo de Castro couldn't finish the play. Hugo de Castro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ademar Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo de Castro's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Tostão Travassos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademar Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Hugo de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibiquara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo de Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Dida Capixaba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Paulo Brito was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Tostão Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdemar Hames recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dida Capixaba was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Tostão Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ademar Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Jeferson Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 373 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeferson Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, 373 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tostão Travassos came free, but Ademar Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Hugo de Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ademar Toledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. José Paulo Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Capixaba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 373 FC's Jeferson Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Tony Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Tostão Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Jânio Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ibiquara's Tostão Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tostão Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ibiquara's goalkeeper José Paulo Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dida Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo Brito having to interfere. If Tostão Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademar Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo de Castro in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Tostão Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeferson Pena struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. José Paulo Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 373 FC.
