Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Samuel McGhee got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Palestra Eterno's Evaristo Pernambucano got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Samuel Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Aníbal Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel McGhee had several of the Aracui SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 12 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Diego Veloso as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Aracui SC booed when Palestra Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aladin Cave didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Aracui SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. Aníbal Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Azevedo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palestra Eterno's goalkeeper Aníbal Galvão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel McGhee in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Veloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jorge Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Baltazar Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Palestra Eterno's zone, João Adolfo da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aníbal Galvão came out of the goal and João Adolfo da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Jorge Messias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diego Veloso, 2-0. When Aladin Cave fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palestra Eterno's protests and gave Aladin Cave a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, Palestra Eterno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aladin Cave to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 45 in the game by Samuel McGhee from a close distance when the talented Diego Veloso managed to make a qualified save. Aracui SC's players were relieved. Samuel McGhee took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Veloso. Diego Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Palestra Eterno were awarded a corner. Fred Melo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Palestra Eterno's corner Osvaldinho Palmeira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Diego Veloso quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Samuel McGhee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra Eterno's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel McGhee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Veloso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Palestra Eterno's Samuel McGhee shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When Samuel Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Aracui SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Vitório Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aníbal Galvão having to interfere. In the 72ndth minute of the game Samuel McGhee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracui SC's Diego Veloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samuel McGhee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th minute Samuel McGhee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Samuel McGhee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Veloso was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 83 minutes, Vitório Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aracui SC and the Palestra Eterno players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Vitório Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel McGhee in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Veloso saved Aracui SC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Samuel McGhee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Veloso was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Diego Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel McGhee, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Jorge Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra Eterno's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitório Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Aníbal Galvão made a huge save. After 94 minutes, Samuel McGhee made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Aracui SC's Diego Veloso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitório Antunes took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aníbal Galvão. Aníbal Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Palestra Eterno walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
