After 4 minutes, Dadá dos Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jatal EC and the Taboleri players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dadá dos Santos hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Duda Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taboleri's Emerson Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Taboleri from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Taboleri getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ronaldinho Gaúcho hit a great ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Edmílson Brodel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jatal EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmílson Brodel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emerson Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 33 in the game by Benjamin Toscano from a close distance when the talented Emerson Soeiro managed to make a qualified save. Taboleri's players were relieved. If Edmílson Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jatal EC's Tiago Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Silva in the 38th minute of play. Duda Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 42 minutes of play, Taboleri's Duda Silva made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiago Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Tiago Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfredo Soeiro went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the game, one of Taboleri:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Jatal EC a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Betão Salgado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Taboleri's Emerson Soeiro. 1-2. Ronaldinho Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Veloso having to interfere. If Duda Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Edmílson Brodel notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Taboleri's Emerson Soeiro. Emerson Soeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Léo Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Manfredo Soeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Duda Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taboleri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duda Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duda Silva struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Tiago Veloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taboleri. Manfredo Soeiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Tiago Veloso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emerson Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiago Veloso made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Manfredo Soeiro sent off a good shot on target. Edmílson Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Emerson Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
