Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Geovânio Vidal got the match started through his kick off. Rogério de Senna struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Bernardo Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cume que chama. Cume que chama's Mathias Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Cume que chama got a freekick which was hit by Rogério de Senna. Pedro Luiz Cruz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zé Carlos Rodrigues firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bernardo Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ademar de Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ademar de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cume que chama's supporters rose to their feet, but Ademar de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Dadá Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes Brotas SS got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Cruz. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ademar de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bernardo Motta came out of the goal and Ademar de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Osvaldinho Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Cume que chama were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 minutes, Ademar de Carvalho made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Brotas SS's Bernardo Motta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Brotas SS's Bernardo Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Brotas SS from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the game, Ademar de Carvalho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardo Motta. Ademar de Carvalho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 64 minutes into the game, João Carlos Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brotas SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cume que chama the free kick. The goalkeeper, Bernardo Motta, was totally fooled by Cume que chama's Luiz Gustavo Torres, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Leme during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, Mathias Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Anderson Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brotas SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cume que chama the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geovânio Vidal during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evandro Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Ademar de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Zé Paulo Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zé Carlos Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovânio Vidal in the 94th minute of the match. Zé Carlos Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cume que chama played a much better game than Brotas SS and deserved their victory. The Brotas SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
