Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 5 minutes, Ademar Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vermelhos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademar Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cabra's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Beto Rezende 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ademar Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vermelhos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ademar Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antti Hegemann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beto Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Antti Hegemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Raimundo Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vermelhos and the Cabra players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raimundo Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Bebeto Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beto Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Antti Hegemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Augusto da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Hermes in the 22nd minute of the match. João Augusto da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Luz in the 30th minute of play. Antti Hegemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Bebeto Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Augusto Hermes scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto da Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

João Augusto da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Augusto Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. João Augusto Hermes scored 1-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto da Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Beto Rezende had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antti Hegemann. Cabra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beto Rezende was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 73rd minute, Vermelhos's Marcinho Paraibano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcinho Paraibano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vermelhos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcinho Paraibano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gerson Toscano walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Tony da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Cabra's Bebeto Luz in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vermelhos's goalie prevented a goal. João Augusto Hermes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but João Augusto da Cunha made a huge save. Gerson Toscano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Cabra players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vermelhos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
