Róbson Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benê Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kevao So Pao getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bernardo Pitta hit a great ball. Murilo Bertassi struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Róbson Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kevao So Pao. Kevao So Pao's Benê Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tião Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Correia having to interfere. Benê Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Róbson Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Martele FC's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Bertassi came free, but Róbson Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Emerson Tasso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Martele FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kevao So Pao the free kick. In the 31st minute, one of Martele FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Martele FC. The referee gave Kevao So Pao a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nildo Sousa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Martele FC's Róbson Miranda. 0-1. Deivid Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Nildo Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manoel Negri missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 46 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Pedrão Correia right hand side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavinho da Cunha made a kick off. Flavinho da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pedrão Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Martele FC got a freekick which was hit by Délio Mello. The supporters of Kevao So Pao booed when Martele FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kevao So Pao's Nildo Sousa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Martele FC. 62 minutes into the match, Martele FC's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Bertassi came free, but Róbson Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Martele FC's Délio Mello got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Murilo Bertassi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Róbson Miranda was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. With a little luck, Martele FC's Róbson Miranda got control of the ball when Benê Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Dedê de Sena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Martele FC booed when Kevao So Pao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Vinícius Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Mendonça took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedrão Correia. Kevao So Pao's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vinícius Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Róbson Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Mello charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Délio Mello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Martele FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio Mello to maneuver through the defense. Kevao So Pao played a much better game than Martele FC and deserved their victory. The Martele FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
