Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valdir Novaes kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Tiago Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandão Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maranello FC's Percival Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Maranello FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Maranello FC's Anderson Madureira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Renatinho Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernandão Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Percival Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernandão Chaves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anísio Cardoso was the one to do the kick off. Anísio Cardoso had several of the Caninae's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Fernandão Chaves as he didn't even see the shot coming. 57 minutes into the match, Caninae's goalkeeper Fernandão Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anísio Cardoso. After some careless play in the Maranello FC defense, Valdir Novaes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Beltxe. The Maranello FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Beltxe should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maranello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Eduardo Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernandão Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basílio Zanette hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Caninae's Fernandão Chaves got control of the ball when Anísio Cardoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Luiz Eduardo Fontes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 90th minute, Maranello FC's Luiz Eduardo Fontes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernandão Chaves. Fernandão Chaves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Anísio Cardoso succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-9 in the 96th playminute.
