Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leandro de Azevedo got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Poti's Dante Geofredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilson Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, PICA-PAU AMORA FC's Giuseppe Mineiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro de Azevedo in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilson Silva saved PICA-PAU AMORA FC from getting behind. PICA-PAU AMORA FC's Gilson Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save PICA-PAU AMORA FC from getting a goal against them. Dante Geofredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gilson Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Leandro de Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilson Silva. Leandro de Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Dante Geofredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Poti's Daniel Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Mineiro in the 36th minute of play. Leandro de Azevedo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilson Silva came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro de Azevedo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 39th minute. Gilson Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro de Azevedo in the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Veiga in the 46th minute of play forced Poti's goalkeeper Daniel Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geraldo Mello to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Geraldo Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Dante Geofredo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of PICA-PAU AMORA FC's Gilson Silva. Gilson Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilson Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Geofredo in the 61st minute of the match. Dante Geofredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oswaldo Veiga got free with Daniel Queirós in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adalmo de Toledo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Daniel Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of PICA-PAU AMORA FC booed when Poti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalmo de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Poti's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Mineiro came free, but Daniel Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Barral hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Dante Geofredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilson Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro de Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 83 minutes, Giuseppe Mineiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PICA-PAU AMORA FC and the Poti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giuseppe Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Leandro de Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Gilson Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poti. Dante Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilson Silva having to interfere. Daniel Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Daniel Queirós made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Oswaldo Veiga sent off a good shot on target.
