With a little luck, Estivas EC's Edvaldo Guimarães got control of the ball when Tolis Moisiadis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Estivas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Travassos hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, José Maria Bastos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gao Qian Xiao. Tolis Moisiadis struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Edvaldo Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tijucano.
