Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilson Leite kicked off to start the match. Remo Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Pontes in the 7th minute of play. Anderson Carioca hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Belchior Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Imbiacaba's Wiliam Sá tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cerquinho's Belchior Damião got a free kick in the 13th minute. Imbiacaba's Wiliam Sá couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cerquinho. Tarcisio Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Imbiacaba getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lucas de Alcântara hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Imbiacaba's zone, Gilson Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruninho Chaves came out of the goal and Gilson Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Anderson Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Bebeto Pontes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerquinho's Remo Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Rafael da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Cerquinho's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Neto came free, but Remo Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Bruninho Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilson Leite in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Imbiacaba's zone, Leandro Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruninho Chaves came out of the goal and Leandro Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Róbson Queiroz's late challenge caught a Cerquinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Róbson Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Imbiacaba's Róbson Queiroz got a free kick in the 57th minute. Gilson Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Fabiano de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilson Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruninho Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro Souza's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Imbiacaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Amaral to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Leite in the 75th minute of play forced Imbiacaba's goalkeeper Bruninho Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, one of Cerquinho:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cerquinho. Leandro Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Leite in the 86th minute of play forced Imbiacaba's goalkeeper Bruninho Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bebeto Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tarcisio Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remo Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Remo Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Imbiacaba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
