If Waldir Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jairo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lindolfo SC defense, Waldir Correia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jairo Magalhães. The Lindolfo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jairo Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Glauco Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Botelho in the 23rd minute of the match. When Diamantino Favoretto came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Lindolfo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diamantino Favoretto couldn't finish the play. Glauco Brasil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diamantino Favoretto in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Lindolfo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Correia came free, but Jairo Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Waldir Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alamari's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Arruda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindolfo SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alamari the free kick. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Laércio de Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alamari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lindolfo SC the free kick. Laércio de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Jairo Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Correia's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldir Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Jonas Correia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Magalhães. Lindolfo SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Correia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Waldir Correia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Magalhães came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldir Correia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Waldir Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Diamantino Favoretto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Jonas Correia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Jairo Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alamari's Waldir Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lindolfo SC's zone, Waldir Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Magalhães came out of the goal and Waldir Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Lindolfo SC's Jairo Magalhães got control of the ball when Jonas Correia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jairo Magalhães came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alamari's Jonas Correia. But to his dismay, Jonas Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 87th minute Deivid do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lindolfo SC's zone, Deivid do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Magalhães came out of the goal and Deivid do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Lindolfo SC's goalkeeper Jairo Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Correia. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Jairo Magalhães successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
