Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Botelho got the match started through his kick off. Jairo Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Francisco Botelho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Augusto de Carvalho was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Fabrício Luz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Magalhães. Lindolfo SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabrício Luz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Carlos Augusto de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diamantino Favoretto's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Lindolfo SC's Jairo Magalhães got control of the ball when Fabrício Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabrício Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jairo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diamantino Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as José Maria da Cunha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jairo Magalhães. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. In the 33rd minute Francisco Botelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Sebastopol AD's protests and gave Norberto Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. Norberto Peixoto hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Sebastopol AD's Carlos Augusto de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Favoretto in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jairo Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rdth minute of the game Fabrício Luz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lindolfo SC's Jairo Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Lindolfo SC's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria da Cunha came free, but Jairo Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sebastopol AD booed when Lindolfo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulinho Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastopol AD's Fabrício Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sebastopol AD booed when Lindolfo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovânio Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Sebastopol AD's Carlos Augusto de Carvalho got control of the ball when Diamantino Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulinho Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sebastopol AD's zone, Diamantino Favoretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Augusto de Carvalho came out of the goal and Diamantino Favoretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrício Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Maria da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Magalhães having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, José Maria da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sebastopol AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Maria da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
