Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nilmar Santana kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adelino das Neves got free with Geovanni Andrade in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albertino Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Prata having to interfere. Adelino das Neves came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geovanni Andrade could save by the left post. Albertino Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Fellipe Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Geovanni Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adelino das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Nilmar Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balneario's Emanuel Prata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão Vale in the 38th minute of play forced Balneario's goalkeeper Emanuel Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Ademar Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Prata was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fellipe Ramalho to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Balneario got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Cardoso. 56 minutes into the match, Tijucucu's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Ramalho came free, but Geovanni Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ademar Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Prata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademar Tinoco in the 64th minute. Ademar Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Prata having to interfere. Vágner Freitas's late challenge caught a Tijucucu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vágner Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. Vágner Freitas hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Ademar Tinoco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Prata having to make a save. In the 76th minute Nilmar Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Tijucucu's Ademar Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Fellipe Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Tijucucu's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Ramalho came free, but Geovanni Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Tijucucu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Balneario.
