Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Flávio Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Gerber in the 3rd minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Prequeiro AD got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Ramalho. 14 minutes into the game, Rafael Ramalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prequeiro AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ipuassu the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Prequeiro AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. If Aleandro Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Gerber scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Pereira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Dorian Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorian Gerber struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Flávio Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prequeiro AD. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Prequeiro AD's goalkeeper Doriva Linhares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 47 minutes, Aleandro Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ipuassu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleandro Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dorian Gerber was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match, Dorian Gerber got a very nice opportunity to score, but Flávio Pereira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Flávio Pereira was a little too slow when Angelo Dias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-2. Joel Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Linhares having to interfere. A collision led to Prequeiro AD getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Angelo Dias hit a great ball. Raí Alcântara charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Flávio Pereira made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Agnaldo Eger sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Aleandro Perez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ipuassu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Prequeiro AD's Doriva Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Souza in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Prequeiro AD getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Angelo Dias hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Prequeiro AD's zone, Joel Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doriva Linhares came out of the goal and Joel Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doriva Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleandro Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
