Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamílton Cruz kicked off to start the match. César Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aílton Urbano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Maurinho Vergílio charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurinho Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maurinho Vergílio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Araguaiana's Acácio Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Urbano in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Patrício Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araguaiana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrício Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. César Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Aílton Arruda made a huge save. When Araguaiana's Patrício Tróia in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrício Tróia to make the kick off. In the 61st minute, Walmir de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aílton Arruda having to interfere. Patrício Tróia struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Aílton Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Araguaiana. If Aílton Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aílton Urbano got free with Acácio Senna in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 80th minute of the match Maurinho Vergílio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maurinho Vergílio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 81st match minute, Araguaiana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 84 minutes, Hamílton Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamílton Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aílton Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. César Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colombia SS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
