After a rather tough play, Armazem AD's Álvaro Souza got a free kick in the 19th minute. Clóvis Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Davi Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umberto Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cauã Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Pinho having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Arruda in the 39th minute of play forced Armazem AD's goalkeeper Davi Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Araguari FC's zone, Cauã Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Umberto Pinho came out of the goal and Cauã Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nilmar Maia made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Baptista in the 54th minute of play forced Araguari FC's goalkeeper Umberto Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cauã Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Umberto Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Sabino Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clóvis Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. A hard shot 82 in the game by Clóvis Arruda from a close distance when the talented Davi Maciel managed to make a qualified save. Armazem AD's players were relieved. In the 84th minute, Cauã Baptista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armazem AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The Armazem AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Araguari FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
