Vasques EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfredinho Saraiva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 70 minutes of play, Bultrim AD's Márcio Medeiros made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredinho Saraiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cícero Corrêa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Alfredinho Saraiva came out of the goal and Humberto da Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
