Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Amadeu Ribeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 minutes of play, Matapagipe AD's Raphael Macedo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armindo Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dadá Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Mineiro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Correia got free with Ivo Mineiro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Pires having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Erasmo Trancoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pindaibas and the Matapagipe AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erasmo Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Matapagipe AD's Ivo Mineiro got control of the ball when Celso Baiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pindaibas's zone, Amadeu Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Pires came out of the goal and Amadeu Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeu Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Armindo Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dadá Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Mineiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Montenegro in the 42nd minute of play forced Pindaibas's goalkeeper Armindo Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo Mineiro was a little too slow when Dadá Medeiros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-1.

After a rather tough play, Pindaibas's Celso Baiano got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Cássio Rocha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivo Mineiro. Matapagipe AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Correia during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pindaibas getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ciro Correia hit a great ball. Raphael Macedo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes, Pindaibas's Ulysses Lucas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivo Mineiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pindaibas reached it. Ivo Mineiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Medeiros's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Raphael Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Pindaibas's zone, Rodolfo Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Pires came out of the goal and Rodolfo Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Amadeu Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 87 minutes of play Pindaibas's Celso Baiano was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Pindaibas's Celso Baiano got a free kick in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Matapagipe AD's Alan Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armindo Pires narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Ciro Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Pindaibas's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Ribeiro came free, but Armindo Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
