Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cássio Albuquerque started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Josué Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio de Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Orlando Vinhas made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Pedrinho Souza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muchila and the Xilili players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Hermínio de Brito made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Vinhas. Muchila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Muchila's Rafa Galvão got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 21st match minute, Muchila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Orlando Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Muchila's Josué Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel de Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Manuel de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Mazza in the 37th minute of play. Wanderson Mazza scored 1-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel de Alcântara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 48 minutes, Hermínio de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xilili's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermínio de Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josué Marquez to make the kick off. Hermínio de Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Orlando Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Vinhas came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Xilili's Vinícius Baptista. But to his dismay, Vinícius Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Cássio Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Xilili:s Manuel de Alcântara showed great skill when he stopped Rafa Galvão:s penalty. In the 78th minute, Rafa Galvão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. If Wanderson Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Xilili getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Conrado Cardoso hit a great ball. A hard shot 87 in the game by Wanderson Mazza from a close distance when the talented Manuel de Alcântara managed to make a qualified save. Xilili's players were relieved. Pedrinho Souza hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Hermínio de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes, Rafa Galvão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muchila and the Xilili players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rafa Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Cássio Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Vinhas having to interfere.
