Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bruninho Fonseca took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bruninho Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano de Carvalho having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 6th minute when Bruninho Fonseca elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Igarau FC's goalkeeper Germano de Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Lucas. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcos Lucas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germano de Carvalho. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. Pedro Luiz Mineiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Cearense in the 18th minute of the match. Pedro Luiz Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Marcos Lucas might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Germano de Carvalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Lucas ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Germano de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germano de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Manoel da Costa fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Igarau FC's protests and gave Manoel da Costa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Igarau FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Manoel da Costa hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Marcos Lucas lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Germano de Carvalho. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedrinho Bastos to make the kick off. Ediberto Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pedro Luiz Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paiolinho AD's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Mineiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Marcos Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Bruninho Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Germano de Carvalho was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When Manoel da Costa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. A collision led to Igarau FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Manoel da Costa hit a great ball. If Bruninho Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano de Carvalho having to interfere. Germano de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Luiz Fábio Cearense came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Igarau FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fábio Cearense couldn't finish the play. Germano de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paiolinho AD's Marcos Lucas. But to his dismay, Marcos Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Igarau FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paiolinho AD.
