Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Claudinei Donato kicked off to start the match. After 4 minutes of play, Davinopolis SS's Gugu Leão made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilson Prado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cícero Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. César Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 played minutes Davinopolis SS got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Arce. Gugu Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Prado having to interfere. Mumbada's Renan de Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesinha Romero hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Mumbada got a freekick which was hit by Cícero Pimenta. 31 minutes into the game, Erivaldo Eger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mumbada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Davinopolis SS the free kick. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mumbada! Gugu Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Mendes in the 47th minute of play forced Mumbada's goalkeeper Nilson Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gugu Leão made a kick off. With a little luck, Mumbada's Nilson Prado got control of the ball when Silvério Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mumbada's zone, Gugu Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nilson Prado came out of the goal and Gugu Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mumbada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Gugu Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nilson Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Arce got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 67th match minute, Davinopolis SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Arce to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Davinopolis SS's zone, Claudinei Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Guedes came out of the goal and Claudinei Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. César Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Davinopolis SS getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cesinha Romero hit a great ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Cícero Pimenta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Davinopolis SS's César Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 minutes, Cícero Pimenta made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Davinopolis SS's César Guedes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cícero Pimenta took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised César Guedes. César Guedes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvério Mendes got free with Nilson Prado in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. César Guedes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cícero Pimenta went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score.
