Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Durval Matorin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Durval Matorin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baltazar Neves. The goal made the score 1-0. Róbson Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Paranaense in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Durval Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Apuhy AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Brito to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Dráuzio Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dráuzio Paranaense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Apuhy AD's Nestor Massa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nestor Massa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Apuhy AD protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nestor Massa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 21st minute, one of Apuhy AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Apuhy AD. Kléber Koehler shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 30 minutes into the match, Tapara FC's Gerson Brodel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Róbson Perez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerson Brodel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Róbson Perez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. If Dráuzio Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Apuhy AD's Dito Veloso got a free kick in the 37th minute. Dráuzio Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Róbson Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerson Brodel struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Róbson Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tapara FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerson Brodel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Gerson Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Tapara FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerson Brodel couldn't finish the play. Gerson Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dráuzio Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Apuhy AD's zone, Gerson Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Róbson Perez came out of the goal and Gerson Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes of play, Tapara FC's Dráuzio Paranaense made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Róbson Perez was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cristian Viana fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapara FC's protests and gave Cristian Viana a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Tapara FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Viana. Reynaldo Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Gilson Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute Gilson Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes, Válter Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apuhy AD and the Tapara FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Apuhy AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válter Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Róbson Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A collision led to Tapara FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Kléber Koehler hit a great ball. If Gerson Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Tapara FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
