Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amadeu Ramalho made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Jaragua's Bruninho Prestes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeu do Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute Amadeu Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuri Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josué Penha hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The supporters of Paracuru SC booed when Jaragua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Jaragua's Josué Penha got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Chico Teles fired a really elegant long shot, but Yuri Batista threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. When Eusébio Torres came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Jaragua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Torres couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Paracuru SC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Delfim Paulista hit a great ball. Tadeu do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Jaragua getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Régis Mota hit a great ball. Humberto Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Yuri Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Yuri Batista made a huge save. Jaragua's Eusébio Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusébio Torres to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Paracuru SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Bertassi to maneuver through the defense. Yuri Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Fernandes in the 56th minute of play. Amadeu Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Yuri Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Humberto Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paracuru SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Amadeu Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yuri Batista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Jaragua getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Germano de Godoy hit a great ball. Amadeu Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Sabino do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Paracuru SC's goalkeeper Tadeu do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruninho Prestes. When Amadeu Ramalho fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paracuru SC's protests and gave Amadeu Ramalho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Paracuru SC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Amadeu Ramalho hit a great ball. A hard shot by Benedito Goiano from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Tadeu do Vale's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jaragua's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
